Shaaban meets with Australia, New Zealand patriarch

Syria's Expatriates Minister Buthaina Shaaban on Thursday received the Patriarch and Pastor of Australia and New Zealand for Christian - Catholics, Issam Darwish.
Talks during the meeting dealt with issues related to the Syrian Community in Australia and the situation in the region, particularly in Palestine and Iraq.
She stressed the necessity of conveying the real picture of Syria and the Syrian people love of dialogue and religious tolerance which they live in Syria.
They agreed on unifying the Arab Muslim and Christian efforts to convey the Arab voice to the Australian people and decision- makers.
