47 killed in explosion at headquarter for training Iraqi army
In the second attack within 24 hours against the Iraqi security members, 47 persons were killed and scores wounded in a booby trapped car explosion in Baghdad. The car went off in front of a center for recruiting members of the Iraqi army near al-Muthanna airport, in al-Allawi area, in the downtown of Baghdad.

Morocco to set up government body to fight piracy

Four civilians were killed to the east of Algeria
The Algerian security forces said that four civilians were killed in an attack launched by 20 persons suspected to be members of the armed groups to the east of the capital.
