Beirut permanent center for displaying Syrian products

Lebanese Minister of Economy and Trade, Marwan Hmadeh, discussed on Friday with Chairman of Global Company Board, Hassan al-Nouri and with Director General of Marketing Company for Trade and Industry, Amira Naser, the current preparations for the establishment of the permanent center for the Syrian products in Lebanon.

Nouri said that establishing such a center comes due to Syria's satisfaction over the necessity for enhancing and increasing the commercial exchange between the two states.

He underlined that the Syrian-Lebanese economic relations witnessed a wide openness in the few last years in accordance with the agreements signed between the two states.

Naser pointed out that this center is a preparation for opening a similar Lebanese center in Syria.

Hmadeh expressed his hope that such event would be a new step towards enhancing and strengthening the fraternal and economic ties between Syria and Lebanon.
