Al-Assad get phone call from Erdogan on bilateral relations, developments

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Friday received a phone call from the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The two leaders discussed the mechanism of implementation of the agreements signed between the two countries particularly the free-zone area, the joint investment projects in the border areas as well as elimination of the mines from the border areas between the two countries.
The conversation also touched upon results of Erdogan' s recent visit to the U.S., peace process in the Middle East, and upon the forthcoming meeting of Iraq's neighboring states Foreign Ministers.
