African Cup of Nations 2004: Morocco cruises to quarter-finals

Morocco finished top of group D at the African Nations Cup (CAN 2004) finals in Tunisia on Wednesday after earning a hard-fought 1-1 draw with South Africa.

The Atlas Lions, which ended up head of the group with 7 points, ahead of Nigeria (6 points) now meet Algeria in their quarter-final game in Sfax on Sunday.
