Egypt: People conference to boycott the American goods

The Arab committee for boycotting the USA made products and goods will hold a two- day plenary people's conference in Cairo in march with the participation of activists from several Arab states, France, Italy and Belgium.

The rapparteur of the committee, Ahmad Bahaa Shaban, who is also member of the Egyptian boycott committee said on Tuesday that the conference aims at revitalizing the boycott of products from the US and Israel in the Arab states.

Shaban said that the conference also aims at deepening the concept of boycott in the western states as a weapons to challenge the American hegemony on the world, and to pressure the decision makers in the US to give up their current policy and their support for Israel.
