al-Khaleej: Bshara stresses Syria's commitment to just peace
Palestine-Syria, Politics, 2/2/2004

Palestinian Intellectual Azmi Bshara stressed Syria's commitment to her firm and national principles, asserting her honest desire for the realization of just and comprehensive peace in the region.

In an interview given to al-Khaleej newspaper published Sunday, Bshara praised Syria's call for freeing the Middle East from weapons of mass destruction, pointing out that no one can annul this call.

He also stressed Syria's wise efforts and movement regarding the international relations.

Bshara denounced Israel's insistence on building the Apartheid separation wall and the American support to it, warning against a new Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people.
