Chicago-week to be celebrated in Casablanca

Over a hundred scientific, cultural and artistic figures from Chicago will visit Morocco next March 7-13 to mark the Chicago-week in Casablanca part of a twinning agreement signed between the two metropolises in 1982.
The organization of this event will give a new impetus to the twinning between Chicago and Casablanca and will boost relations between Morocco and the USA, two countries currently negotiating a free-trade agreement, governor of Casablanca, M'hamed Dryef, said Wednesday following a meeting of the Casablanca-Chicago twinning committee.
