"The Secretary of the General Peoples Committee for Foreign Liaison and International Co-operation conducted a visit to Eritrea, Djibouti and Ethiopia from 24 - 27 Ay Annar where he delivered messages from the Leader of the Revolution to President Issias Afeworke of Eritrea, President Ismail Omar Gaila of Djibouti and Meles Zenawi the Ethiopian Prime Minister inviting them to attend the extraordinary summit to be held in" Libya, next month JANA reported yesterday.
