WTO Chief Calls Saudi Arabia's Entry into WTO an 'Imminent Reality'

World Trade Organization Director-General Supachai Panitchpakdi said there is a "realistic chance" that Saudi Arabia will join the WTO before the end of 2004.
Panitchpakdi made that statement in a speech to the Jeddah Economic Forum in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia January 19.
