Arab athletics union picks Morocco's Hicham El Guerrouj, Amina Ait Hammou 2003 best Arab athletes

The Arab Athletics Union's magazine "Al Batal Al Arabi" (the Arab Champ) picked Morocco's Hicham El Guerrouj and Amina Ait Hammou as best Arab athletes of 2003. El Guerrouj has been named best world athlete for 2001, 2002 and 2003, holds the 1,500m world title and the 5,000m silver medal he won in the Paris international championship, the magazine recalls.
