Arab lawyers urge to address factors favoring international terrorism

Secretary General of the Arab Lawyers Union (ALU), Ibrahim Samlali, said that the efficient means to fight international terrorism is to address factors that underline it.
Addressing a regional conference on "democracy, Human Rights and the role of the International Criminal Court," recently held in Sanaa (Yemen), Samlali underlined the need to remedy what he described "the bad distribution of wealth and the gap between the North and the South."
"Democracy remains the most adequate solution to get Arab people out of the impasse, crises and sufferings," he added.
