Erdogan describes al-Assad's visit to Turkey as constructive

Turkish Premier, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on Tuesday expressed pleasure over President Bashar al-Assad's late visit to Turkey, adding that this "historical visit opened new prospects in the Syrian-Turkish relations and achieved the aspirations of Turkey in establishing strong and firm relations with Syria.
In a meeting with the Parliamentarian Bloc of the Turkish Justice and Development Party, Erdogan expressed hope that the good results of President Bashar al-Assad's visit will be a turning point in the bilateral relations between both countries in all fields.
