al-Sharq: Djerejian underlines the importance of Syrian- American dialogue

General Director of American Baker Institute, Edward Djerejian, stressed that a new session of the Syrian-American dialogue will help to achieve rapprochement between the Syrian and American governments.
In an interview given to Qatari al-Sharq newspaper published Tuesday, Djerejian underlined that the two sessions of dialogue were held at Rice University, Houston, and Damascus were positive for the two sides. In response on a question on the future of Iraq, he said " partitioning Iraq is the worst scenario for the region."
