Qathafi - Algerian president phone talks on Maghreb unity

A phone call was conducted between "the (Libyan) Leader of the Revolution, Chairman of the Arab Maghreb Union Council and President Abdel Aziz Bouteflika of Algeria within the pattern of continued consultations between the two sisterly countries over the consolidation of the Arab Maghreb Union process and reviving its institutions and frameworks," JANA reported yesterday.
