Sultan Qaboos receives message from French president

Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received a "written message from president Jacques Chirac of the French Republic dealing with theÊ existinggoodÊ bilateral relations and matters of common concern," ONA reported yesterday.
It added "The message was delivered to His Majesty by Dominique de Villepin, French Foreign Minister
