New amendments to Capital Market Law before PA soon

Chairman of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Abdel Hamid Ibrahim, said that the Ministry of Justice would conclude within this week the amendments of the new capital market law which would regulate the securitization process to grant long-terms for real estates to pave the way for real estate mortgage law.
