Mubarak receives US senator William Nelson

President Hosni Mubarak received Monday US Senator William Nelson, a Democrat of Florida State who said following the meeting that he appreciated President Mubarak's role in the region and his efforts to push ahead the peace process.
Following talks with the President, the visiting Senator told reporters he had met with President Mubarak during his latest visit to Washington and conveyed to him the greetings of the US Senators.
