Mubarak to open African Parliaments Conference

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak is to inaugurate the meeting of African Parliament Speakers due to open in Cairo on Monday to be attended by representatives of 41 countrieson issues of conflicts, debts and poverty in Africa as well as the Parliaments' role in enhancing democracy and human rights.
