No regression in human rights in Morocco, says party leader

"There is no regression in human rights in morocco. on the contrary, the scope of liberties and rights has been widened, and the citizens can protest and demonstrate without fear," said wednesday, first secretary of the "socialist union of popular forces"(USFP), a party member of the coalition in the government.

Mohamed El Yazghi, who was interviewed by the Qatar-based Arab satellite tv "al Jazeera", denied any arrest of people for their opinions for, he emphasized, Ç neither national parties, nor the current government and his majesty the king would have tolerated " such arrests.
