Lebanon's President Emile Lahoud on Friday discussed with Fadi Qumeir, Lebanese Director General of Water and Electricity Department, at the Ministry of Electricity, the steps and procedures taken so far to build a joint Syrian-Lebanese dam in Noura Tahta, Akkar.
