Israel hastens building of seperation wall to create de facto facts ahead of ICJ hearing

"The principle judicial body of the United Nations, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has decided to open hearings on the legallity of this wall in the occupied Palestinian territories.
IPC reported that: ÒBy the end of 2004, around 520 kilometers (325 miles) out of the planned 728 kilometers (455 miles) will have been completed," the ministry spokeswoman, Rachel Ashkenazi told Agence France Press (AFP).
