'The Three Cultures Foundation' NGO efficient for promoting spanish - moroccan understanding

"The three cultures Foundation" (Mediterranean NGO) is an efficient channel for reinforcing relations between Moroccan and Spanish civil societies which share a common historical background, said in Seville, Wednesday, the president of Spanish regional government of Andalusia.
Addressing a two-day meeting, organized by the Foundation on "Moroccan and Spanish civil societies," Manuel Chavez stressed the necessity to overcome handicaps and cliches and called on the two countries' civil societies to produce ideas and propositions to promote mutual understanding between Morocco and Spain.
This Foundation, created in Seville, march 1999, seeks to establish a forum for promoting cooperation between Morocco and Andalusia and encourage exchanges between Mediterranean peoples and cultures.
Moroccan King Mohammed VI's adviser, Andre Azoulay, called on Moroccan and Spanish civil societies to break cliches and "get mobilized" to give a new impetus to relations between the two countries.
Addressing a two-day meeting on "Spanish and Moroccan civil societies," held at the initiative of the "Three Mediterranean Cultures" Foundation, Azoulay said this kind of encounter evaluates the evolution of the two civil societies "in a world undermined by doubts and intellectual nervousness."
