Tlass confers with Austrian counterpart on ME developments

Syria's Defense Minister Mustafa Tlass received in Damascus on Thursday Austrian counterpart, Ghunter Plater and an accompanying delegation.
Talks during the meeting dealt with the situation in the region, Syria's firm stances regarding the achievement of just and comprehensive peace in accordance with the international resolutions and "land for peace" formula. Talks also dealt with issues of common concern, the friendship and cooperation relation between the two countries and the mechanism of the work of the UN Disengagement Forces in the Golan Heights.
