Acharq Al Awsat: Spain could Support Moroccan-Algerian negotiations over Sahara Dispute (Minister)

Spain could contribute "in a positive and efficient way" to negotiations between Morocco and Algeria to reach a settlement of the Sahara dispute, Moroccan foreign minister told the international Arabic daily ""Acharq Al Awsat," in an interview published Thursday.
Spain, a former colonialist power, might contribute in supporting "the approach advocated by Moroccan king Mohammed VI who calls for negotiations between Morocco and Algeria to put an end, the soonest possible, to the dispute.," said Benaissa.
