Mauritania: Heddallah's son denies getting money from Libya

Son of the former President of Mauritania Muhammad Khouna Weld Hedallah, Seidi Muhammad, who has been tried with his father on charge of preparing for a coupe, described accusations of receiving money from Libya as "a lie."
While he was giving his testimony before the criminal court in Nouakchott, Seidi Muhammad stressed "that the question of the Libyan money is a lie and groundless."
The attorney accuses the elder son of Heddallah of getting money from Libya and using it in his father's campaign who was in the Presidential elections in Mauritania on November 7th.
