Israeli diplomat in Rome incites against President Arafat; Israel shoots women in her back

The Palestinian news agency IPC reported yesterday that "An Israeli diplomat in the Israeli embassy in Rome sent a greeting card to the Republican Senate Council in the Italian capital including an inciting picture of Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. The diplomatŐs card included a graphically-rendered picture of President Arafat flashing the victory sign and Palestinian fugitive accused of lynching three Israeli soldiers on October12 , 2000 in the West Bank city of Ramallah."
The report said: Both President Arafat and the fugitive appeared in the same greeting card, with a caption in the bottom of the picture reading: ŇA Palestinian celebrates."
Meantime, IPC reported that "Kolthom Al-Astal,40 , was wounded with a live bullet in her back and that she is in a moderate condition," Thursday morning after Israeli occupying forces (IOF) opened heavy fire at the Al Satar Algharby neighborhood in the Gaza Strip city of Khan Younis.
