Moroccan minister in charge of public sectors modernization, Najib Zerouali, met in Rabat Tuesday Congolese civil service minister, Gabriel Entcha-Eric, on means to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of administrative reform, standards of conduct for public officials and training.
