Egypt's electricity exports hit 847 million kilowatts per hour

Egypt's electricity exports to the Arab states have hit 874 million kilowatts per hour during Fiscal Year 2002-03 with an increase of 572 kilowatts than the last year, the head of Egypt's Electricity Holding Company Mohammed Awad said on Monday.
Mohammed Awad said that the record number was achieved, thanks to the power grid linkage project, for Arab Mashriq and Maghreb countries.
