Ebeid set up fund for developing education, eradicating illiteracy of 2.5m citizens

Egypt's Prime Minister Atef Ebeid said in press statements that a fund to eradicate the illiteracy of 2.5 million persons annually will be set up to develop education with a finance of L.E 500 million and that government will supply L.E 150 million while friendly countries will pay the rest.
