Three moroccan films to be shown in Damascus international festival

Three Moroccan films will be shown at the Damascus International Festival set for December 6-13 with the participation of 43 countries.

"Mille Mois" (a thousand months) of Moroccan director Faouizi Bensaidi will participate in the official contest along with 25 other films. Narjiss Nejjar's "Les Yeux Secs" (dry eyes) vies for the selection of "festival of festivals."

International films from the U.S., France, Italy, China, Russia, Senegal, Norway, Turkey and Egypt will take part in the festival that will be attended by 200 prominent cinema figures.

A third Moroccan film will vie for the official competition of short films along with 30 others.
