Powell to visit Morocco early december

US Secretary of State, Colin Powell will visit Morocco early December as part of a tour that will also take him to Algeria and Tunisia, announced, here Monday, state department spokesman, Richard Boucher.

In the three Maghreb countries, Powell will discuss issues as "war on terror, the situation in Iraq, the roadmap for the Middle East, the initiative of president George Bush on partnership with the Middle East as well as bilateral issues" said Boucher who underlined the "reforms undertaken by Morocco" which were "greeted by his government."
