Euro-Mediterranean cinema training center dedicated in ouarzazate

Moroccan communication minister, Nabil Benabdellah, dedicated this Tuesday here the Euro-Mediterranean training Center for cinema and audio-visual professions.

The project is carried out with an investment of over 2 millions Euro (22 million DH) by Italy's region of Latium, the Cinecitta Holding group, and the Kenzamane studio of ourzazate.

In a first stage, a group of thirty students will take for two years courses on photography, direction, scenarios, scripts, sound and montage by six Italian teachers. Another group of 28 students will study costumes, lighting effects, hairdressing, makeup in addition to technical and administrative jobs.

The opening ceremony was held in the presence of president of the Latium region, Italian under secretary of state for culture, the governor of Ouarzazate and other Moroccan and Italian figures.
