Moussa signs agreement with german foundation

Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa signed yesterday a memo of understanding with the German Fredrich foundation aimed at boosting cooperation on the dialogue of civilization and promoting the role of the non-governmental organizations in social, economic, environment and development domains.
