Lebanon's strongly opposes plans to settle Palestinians in Lebanon

Lebanon's Foreign Minister Jean Obeid reiterated his country's strong opposition to any attempts to settle the Palestinian refugees outside their own lands and home.
Obeid, in a news conference on Friday, warned of the dangers of the U.S. policy in the Middle East in dealing with the region's issues, particularly denying the Palestinians their right to return home, describing such a move as a violation of the UN charter and international law.
