New natural gas find offshore Alexandria

British Petroleum (BP) said it discovered a new natural gas field offshore Alexandria. The prospection operations have been crowned with the discovery of a gas field with a daily output tentatively estimated at 25.5 million cubic feet.
The field has been discovered 1.941 meters under the sea surface and the latest gas layer has been estimated at 25 meters thick, according to a company source.
