Morocco's power utility gets two more generators

The Moroccan Electricity Office (ONE) reinforced its production capacity with two generators located in the Ahmed EL Hansali-Ait Messaoud station, region of Beni Mellal (southeast of Casablanca).
The new generators will produce an extra 234 million kwh a year, which is 20 times as high as the consumption of Beni Mellal city. They will also avoid the emission in the atmosphere of 240,000 tons of carbon dioxide and 725 tons of acid rain-causing agents.
The extra production will save the electricity public utility an annual 60,000 tons of fuel.
