Creation of equity and reconciliation commission, a human rights leap forward, minister

By creating the "Equity and Reconciliation commission," Morocco has made a "qualitative leap forward" in human rights, said head of the Moroccan human rights advisory council (CCDH), Omar Azziman, in a statement aired Friday by the national radio.
In his radio statement, Azziman said "from now on, we move from compensating victims to rehabilitating victims."
