Hawadeth: Syrian- Kuwaiti relations underlined

Kuwait's Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah underlined importance of relations between his country and Syria.
Al-Sabah told the Lebanese Magazine of Hawadeth in an interview to be published Thursday that "we are fully confident of the wisdom and insight of the Syrian leadership and President Bashar al-Assad." The Kuwaiti Premier said existing relations between the two states are now at best level, pointing out that Kuwait would never relinquish her Arabism.
Al-Sabah reiterated his country's support to the Arab causes, at top of which is the Palestinian cause.
