Israel bulldozers destroy factory and raze arable land

The Palestinian news agency IPC reported today that "Two Palestinian citizens, Zakaria and Ahmad Al-Astal, were shot and moderately wounded by Israeli occupation forces."
This comes as the US Department Of state said that it has not made a decision on granting loan guarantees to Israel.
IPC reported that "Israeli bulldozers destroyed early morning a concrete factory and razed arable land in the village of Al-Qarara, south of Gaza, Palestinian security sources said."
