Demonstration backs Syria in Egypt

Scores of thousands of Egyptian students demonstrated at Al-Azhar University in Cairo yesterday protesting the so-called US Congressional Syria Accountability Act legislation and condemned the latest Israeli aggression against Syria.
The protestors asserted their full solidarity with Syria "in confrontation of the plans that target Syria's steadfastness."
They called the Arab states to take a unified and decisive stance to face the threats directed to Syria stressing the necessity for backing Syria.
The demonstrators raised placards and slogans calling for the halt of occupation of all Arab territories.
