Gul: Preconditions to send Turkish troops to Iraq

Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul told Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa on Wednesday that there are many preconditions that must be met before sending troops to Iraq, despite aproval granted by the Turkish parliament.
Gul stressed the importance of cooperation to set a timetable within the new resolution on Iraq for the evacuation of the occupation forces.
