Secretary general of UMA holds talks with libyan official

Secretary General of the Arab Maghreb Union (UMA), Habib Boulares, held in Rabat Monday talks with Libyan secretary general in charge of Maghreban affairs in the committee of external affairs and international cooperation on means to re-launch UMA.
The two officials also discussed the reactivation of UMA's structures in line with the political resolve of the leaders of the Arab Maghreb Union mustering Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia.
