Israeli pilot kicked out of air force for saying Israeli acts are immoral

"Israeli occupying forces (IOF) invaded the city of Tulkarem and its surrounding, and imposed curfew on the entire city. Eyewitnesses told IPC correspondent that a large number of IOF jeeps and military vehicles invaded afternoon today the city of Tulkarem and its suburbs. IOF troops declared curfew through loudspeakers, warning any curfew-breakers of severe punishments," IPC reported today.

IPC also said that "Sixty four Israeli movie directors and producers joined today the Israeli pilots who refused to carry out assassination operations in the Palestinian territories, by signing their petition, saying that Israel exceeded all the red lines. In their petition, they said that the refusenik pilots forced the Israeli society to deal with itself as on occupying force and deal with the immoral orders, as well, those pilots have set the limits of human and moral values."

The agency reported that in a statement to WAFA, Israeli film producer Grienstehl said that "bombing Palestinian civilians with helicopters and fighter jets under the pretense of "assassinating resistance activists" is a dangerous matter and must be stopped."

Grienstehl added that "the government of Sharon is a war one and it carries out everything that escalates the situation and complicates it, because it's afraid of peace more than war."

Meantime, yesterday, IPC said "Yiftah Sepctor, (the famous) Israeli air force reserve Brigadier General, has been laid off as a trainer in the air force, because he refused to participate in assassination operations inside the Palestinian territories," and killings of civilians and children. The Israeli radio reported on Wednesday that "Sepctor was notified with such a decision during a meeting with the Israeli Air Force Commander, Dan Halutz."
