South African minister of defense warns

The South African Minister of Defense, Mwasio Likota, warned African countries against accepting conditioned aid from foreign donars, calling on African countries "not to show leniancy on the issue," as by doing so, foreign donars were seeking to halt the pace of proress in the continent and spread unstability, JANA reported yesterday.
