Al-Assad confers with several Arab dignitaries

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received on Monday Algerian Former Foreign Minister Ahmad Taleb al-Ibrahimi on the situation on the Arab arena and the practical means for activating joint Arab action.
Later, al-Assad received Sudanese First Vice-President, Ali Othman Mohammed Taha and an accompanying delegation who conveyed a message from Sudanese President connected with the latest peace developments in Sudan.
