Libya suffers because of its strong Arab stances

Libya's Leader of the Revolution Colonel Muammar al Qathafi while calling for leaving the Arab League -- an institution he aimed to reform -- said that the Libya "presented the Arab union draft proposal, to salvage the Arab situation, but the Arabs ignored it as they are waiting for someone who comes to trod on them, similarly to what happened in Palestine and Iraq."

The official news agency reported that the Qathafi in a speech delivered to the women masses in the city of Sebha. "He confirmed that Libya's suffering was caused by its Pan-Arab nationalistic stances . Its positions only sougth the Arabs sake alone."

The report added " He revealed that Libya, which is part of the Arabs, shouldered its responsibity and did all it could for their sake. But the Arabs left Libya and established ties with America and the Zionists. They have acknowledged them and made alliances with them."

That came in the key-note speech delivered by the Leader of the Revolution to the women masses in the city of Sebha.
