The final seperation was made reality between the Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika and the former prime minister, secretary general of the ruling National Liberation Front, Ali Benflis, and the country has entered an unprecedented constitutional and political crisis, after the Front had announced the nomination of Benflis for the next presidential elections, in an extraordinary conference.
President Butaflika appointed seven new ministers, three of them are from the Front, in the government to replace of the removed members who are associates with Benflis, who accused Butaflika of seeking to monopolize political power in the country.
