Applicants for Egyptian nationality to children of foreign fathers welcomed

Egypt's Minister of Interior, Habib Al-Adly, decided to accept applications for granting the Egyptian nationalities to children of Egyptian women married to foreigners, in tandem with President Hosni Mubarak's directives at the closing session of the National Democratic Party (NDP)'s first annual congress.
Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of passports, Immigration and Nationality Department, Major General Hamdi Hafez, said in a press conference on application form was printed to be handed over free for applicants.
