Egypt: sons of Egyptian women married to foreigners to obtain nationality

Passport ,Immigration and Nationality Authority in Egypt's Ministry of Interior determined the rules governing the proposal of the sons of the Egyptian mother married to a foreigner to obtain the Egyptian Nationality.
It is stipulated on the applicant to present the Birth Certificate, his foreign passport and a copy of it , besides his education qualifications, four recent photographs, the criminal status paper for those who are more than 16 years old and a certificate of subsequent residence in Egypt for ten years for those who are 21 years old.
The demand includes other documents required from the mother of the applicant that are:
ΚΚΚ The Birth Certificate of the Egyptian mother, the Birth Certificate of her father in order to be certain that the mother is Egyptian from father to grandfather proving the identity of the mother whether by a passport or Identification Card, her marriage contract to the father of the foreign applicant of the Nationality.
Adding to that, the specific form presented by the passport Authority for the applicants needing to obtain the Nationality.
A large number of Egyptian mothers married to foreigners came one after the other in the Nationality Department in the Passport Authority to present applications to obtain nationalities. The number of applicants amounted to 500 persons.
The Egyptian mothers expressed their happiness because of this resolution they waited for long.
